Terms and Conditions of Internet Sales

Delivery

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Deliveries are usually 2 - 28 working days. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation if the goods are not delivered within this time frame. You will be informed by email once your order has been dispatched, stating details of the courier used and the consignment note number, a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. (Subject to the correct email address being entered when placing your order).

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please contact us via e-mail or by calling 01225 465558 within 48 hours of delivery.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery should they be unsatisfactory. They must be returned undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).   Once we have received them and are happy that they have been returned in the same condition as they were dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price, minus our delivery costs and any additional charges relating to the recovery of the goods. Alternatively you can choose to accept a credit for the full price of the item you ordered. This can be used towards the purchase of another item. 

Each of our products is unique and therefore subject to being unsold. By using a high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our products within the restrictions of digital photography and of the internet and therefore we cannot guarantee the colour representation of our products.
